Bank of China, Agencia en Chile — one of the world's largest financial institutions — is seeking a Senior Associate — Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to join its Corporate Banking Department.

This role is responsible for initiating and developing corporate client relationships, generating revenue through proactive business development, and executing banking transactions with a high level of analytical and commercial expertise.

Key responsibilities include managing an assigned corporate portfolio, structuring and negotiating lending transactions (bilateral loans, trade finance, and project finance), preparing credit proposals for internal committees, and ensuring full compliance with AML/KYC standards and CMF regulation. The Relationship Manager interfaces directly with clients at CFO and Treasurer level, and coordinates across Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Head Office throughout the transaction lifecycle.

This is a senior role for a results-driven professional with a strong credit background and a genuine commercial mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate studies or financial certifications (CFA, FRM) are a plus
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in corporate banking, financial analysis, or a related area
• Expert-level credit analysis and financial modelling skills
• Demonstrated experience in credit proposal preparation and transaction structuring
• Experience in project finance transactions is desirable
• Knowledge of Chilean banking regulation (CMF) and AML/KYC frameworks
• Strong commercial orientation and business development mindset
• Advanced English and Spanish — written and spoken (mandatory)
